This vandal resistant phone provides two-way voice communications and is typically installed in unsecure locations where the unit would likely suffer physical abuse by users. The unit is typically designed for wall mounting.

This service includes unlimited campus and local (Orlando area) calling, E911, full maintenance and repair of the phone instrument, line and supporting cabling, and access to long distance services. The usage of long distance is billed separate and in addition to this telephone line. The vandal resistant instrument is included with this service.

This device requires an analog port either with UCF’s Siemens PBX or a Cisco VG224 analog phone gateway, typically requires a flush mounted double-gang electrical box. A TRF (Telecommunication Request Form) is required for service.
