CS&T has recently completed the first phase of our ServiceNow IT Service Management ticketing system. The link below will take you to the new ticketing system after authenticating with your NID and NID Password. From there you can request services from CS&T and submit trouble tickets to the UCF IT Service Desk. The new ticketing system will allow you to easily track the status of tickets and can be used to communicate with CS&T staff.
