Provides Call recording during phone and conference calls
Telephone calls placed to a specific number can be recorded and saved to an audio file on a computer in the Faculty Multimedia Center. When users want this service, the Service Desk is to forward the users to the Faculty Multimedia Center ( FMC@ucf.edu) to make arrangements. In order to use the service, users must provide proof in writing that he/she has the permission of all parties on the call to record their conversation, in accordance with state law.
