Service Components:

This service is restricted to dialing one (1) telephone number which is typically a 24/7 monitored/manned station.  On the UCF campus, this 24/7 station that is called is the UCF Police communications.  This service provides full maintenance and repair of the phone line to the elevator control unit. The elevator phone unit and maintenance of the car traveling cable are not included with this service item.

Dependencies:

This device requires an analog port either with UCF’s Siemens PBX or a Cisco VG224 analog phone gateway. A TRF (Telecommunication Request Form) is required for service.
