Cisco Key Expansion Model
The Cisco Unified IP Phone Key Expansion Module extends the capabilities of Cisco Unified IP Phones with additional buttons and an LCD display. This expansion module adds 18 buttons to the existing six buttons of the Cisco Unified IP Phones. You can use up to two Cisco Unified IP Phone Key Expansion Modules with a Cisco Unified IP Phone 9951G.
Features and Benefits, Line Key: Using the Cisco CallManager Administration tool, Telecommunications assigns one or more Directory Numbers to buttons on the Cisco Unified IP Phone Key Expansion Module as desired. The line key will show the appropriate designation. Speed Dial: Each button not used as a line (DN) key can be programmed as a speed-dial key in the same manner as the Cisco Unified IP Phone 9951G You can use the Cisco Unified IP Phone User Options Web page to program a speed-dial number and label the associated button with an appropriate name.

This service includes full maintenance, repair, or replacement of the unit and supporting cabling, and software and firmware upgrades and patching. Training is provided initially and ongoing if needed.

Network connection supports Quality of Service, IEEE 802.3af PoE std; 48 VDC required at desktop w/ AC-to-DC power supply. Remote locations, dedicated broadband connection to Orlando campus w/BW to support voice service. A TRF (Telecom Req. Form) required
