Cisco 7916 Expansion Module
The Cisco Unified IP Phone Expansion Module 7916 extends the capabilities of the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7962G, 7965G, and 7975G models with additional buttons and an LCD display. With this expansion module, you add 12 physical keys with access to 12 additional keys through the page keys for a total of 24 buttons to the existing 6 buttons of the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7962G and 7965G models and the existing 8 buttons of the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7975G.

Phone software requirements: 8.3(5) and later. This service includes full maintenance, repair, or replacement of the unit and supporting cabling, and software and firmware upgrades and patching. Training is provided initially and ongoing if needed.
All UCF departments, direct service organizations, and private vendors/companies that provide support services to the University.
Available Service Locations:
All UCF entities and DSOs located on the Orlando campus, the Regional Campuses, the Central Florida Research Park, and other UCF colleges located on remote campuses (e.g., Rosen College, UCF Medical Campus at Lake Nona, etc.).
Faculty; Staff; Non-UCF (on / off campus)
Device requires a network connection that supports Quality of Service (QoS of differentiated services code & point (DSCP) and 802.1Q/p stds, IEEE 802.3af PoE (phone is a Class 3 device) std; 48 VDC is required. A TRF (Telecom Req Form) is required.
