Detailed Description:

Process BlackBerry activations, deactivations and reissue of activation passwords. Service Desk representative provides to the customer level 1 – 2 techinical troubleshooting and provide assistance to the customer with the intial device setup.

Included Functionality:

Activate  and deactivate BlackBerry devices.  Re-issue activation passwords.  Escalate troubleshooting to Tier levels 3  via Remedy.

Technical Specifications:

BlackBerry device, TRF (Telecommunications Request Form)requesting activation and active BES account. Pinnacle tickets are create for these device in order to track in billing.
