Archiving all email on the central Exchange system for 7 years.
The ability to Archive all email on the central Exchange system. Users email will be moved automatically to a secondary mailbox designated as their online archive mailbox. This mailbox will contain all email that has been archived by the system or user. The archive is accessible via Outlook client or online web client (OWA). Email will be retained for seven years per Exchange server policy.
This is included only in the Shared Services Bundle.
UCF employees need to retain email for seven years and Exchange central archiving can provide this service without the user having to place policies or settings on their mailboxes. This is an automatic archiving solution for enterprise email.
With Exchange Online Archiving your organization can host your users’ primary mailboxes on your on-premises servers and store their historical e-mail data in on-premise archive mailboxes. This solution provides the organization with archiving, compliance, regulatory, and e-discovery challenges.
Provide an on-line primary mailbox with a secondary mailbox for email archives.
