Updating Phonebook listing via TRF
If you have been directed to this page, then you have selected “Yes” on the Telecommunication Request Form page when asked “Publish phone number in UCF phonebook?” As of 8/1/14, the online Phonebook is no longer being updated via a TRF.
In order to update a listing in the online Phonebook, you will need to contact the HR Liaison for your department to have them place the Phonebook change request at http://phonebook.ucf.edu/update. The HR Liaison is generally the person who would submit time-sheets for your department to Human Resources. If you are unsure of who this person might be, check with your supervisor.
