central point of support for all aspects of the university’s enterprise computing,
networking, and telecommunications. There are seven

The Computer Store caters specifically to current students, staff and faculty of UCF and surrounding Community Colleges. The Computer Store stocks hundreds of software titles and has a complete selection of PC and Macintosh hardware. The PC Service Center and PC Labs are available to all student, faculty and staff. |

Develops and implements security audits and procedures to ensure system and information integrity, availability, reliability, confidentiality, and legal/regulatory compliance. Sets, monitors and enforces security elements within application, infrastructure, and data architectures and development methodologies. |

Includes Communication Services, Network Operations and the CS&T Service Desk. Communication Services provides for the University's communication needs by providing the Wide Area Network, copper and fiber-optic based physical infrastructure, and all end-user communication applications having a voice component, including but not limited to voicemail, telephone systems, two-way radio, and cable television. Network Operations designs, implements and ensures the reliability of the campus network for voice, video and data communications, both wired and wireless. The CS&T Service Desk serves as the single point of contact for Computer Services & Telecommunications for incidents as well as service requests. |
